There are three kinds of objectives for this microscope. They all can be screwed into the threaded end of mount "E": A: Lieberkuhn; B: High-magnification objective; C: Low magnification simple magnifier; D: rotating objective turret.
Rotating objective turret screws into the cantilever arm. It holds six (6) simple objective lenses.
Sample-side of the objective turret. Screws allow separation of the top plate so objectives can be added or removed. A spring detent (arrow) positions each objective correctly.

Objective characteristics
Microscope outfitted as a simple magnifier.
A: The eyepiece consists of two biconvex lenses. Top lens dia=16mm, f=22; bottom lens dia=18, f=40. The are separated by 45mm.
