Brass and glass aquatic sample holder. The glass depression slide is broken. The live. aqueous sample would be placed in the depression and the entire unit would then have been placed on the sample stage under the microscope objectives.
Folding aquatic sample side. The glass to the right has three depressions, that to the left has one. 6.5cm.

Brass specimen pointer and stage forceps. The dovetail holder slides into the same slot on the microscope as the stage.
