The calculated magnification and 2-pt resolution were reasonable based on observations.
Calculated magnification is very sensitive to sample location. Disadvantages of the 5 eyepiece design are: I(secondary) / I(primary) = 57% (upper bound) M(secondary) / M(primary) = 0.25 (eyepiece magnification is ~4X) |
