Objectives consist of an outer and inner lens mount made of turned Acajou, and a single biconvex lens. Note the size of the aperture(s), especially when compared to the diameter of the lens.

Four objective lenses are present. They consist of single biconvex lenses mounted in a Acajou (mahagony-like hardwood) screw-in base. Lenses are numbered "I. II, IIII, and VIII, which is interesting since the drawer has only six objective positions.
