Brass accessories: Brass objective (no lens), two forceps, disc and spring (function unknown).
The center forceps is engraved "E S". The brush has a handle made of a quill.
"Instrument P": The forceps has an integrated Black/White disc. Spring pointers over the discs secure the sample. The brass plate is engraved E.C. fecit; probably for Edmund Culpeper, a contemporary of Edward Scarlett. 15cm long.
"Instrument R": Simple magnifier attachment. The ivory disc screws into the end of the barrel. An objective screws into the threaded brass circular end. 7 cm long
